摘要
针对近年来建筑市场竞争愈发激烈的情况下,控制工程成本和降低工程造价已变得越来越重要。根据多年的施工体会,深切的感觉到工程的成本控制主要是放在内部管理上,特别是直接工程费和工期的有效控制,其次外部的市场因素和施工阶段的变更索赔也是着重考虑的一个方面。依据近几年所经历的工程盈亏情况浅谈一下如何降低建设项目施工阶段的工程成本。
controlling and reducing engineering costs have become more and more important in accordance with increasingly sharp competition in construction market in recent years. By years construction experience, I deeply feel that the engineering cost control mainly lies on internal management, especially the effective control of direct engineering costs and time limit for a project, secondly external market factors and altering claims at construction stage are one aspect to be emphatically considered, too. A short discussion on how to reduce engineering costs of construction items at construction stage is made according to engineering profit and loss conditions undergone in recent years.
