摘要
汞的形态分布直接影响其沉积形式及汞脱除效率,烟气中汞的形态分布主要与煤中氯元素含量及温度有关。引入化学反应动力学原理使汞的均相和多相氧化反应机理得到一定发展,而多相反应被认为更接近实际。有发展潜力的汞控制方法有3种:常规物理洗选煤技术、现有污染物控制装置和烟气中喷入活性炭等吸附剂方式。最终汞脱除技术的发展须依赖于理论上的突破。
The formation distribution of mercury directly affects its sediment mode and efficiency of mercurey removal, the formation distribution of mercurey in flue gas is mainly related to atomic chlorine content in the coal and the temperature. Introduction of principle concerning chemical reation kinetics makes the homogenuous and heterogenuous oxidation reaction to obtain a certain development, however, it is believed that the heterogenuous reation is more approaching to reality. There are three methods which have potential of development for controlling mercury, namely the common physical coal cleaning technology, existing pollutant control facilities, and injecting sorbent, such as activated carbon etc., into the flue gas. Finally, the development of mercurey removal techology must be depended on breakthrough in the theoritical aspect.
