摘要
开关电源变压器是开关电源中重要的热源之一,对其进行研究在提高开关电源变压器的可靠性和加快研制周期方面起着重要的作用。利用ANSYS软件建立了一种开关电源变压器的三维模型,并对该模型进行了热模拟,所得结果对开关电源变压器的热设计具有一定的指导意义。
The transformer is one of the main hot sources of switching mode power supply (SMPS). The thermal simulation of transformer is important for high reliability and short cycle in SMPS transformer design. A three-dimensional model of SMPS transformer is built with ANSYS, and the temperature distribution of the model is calculated using the software. The simulation provides a theoretical guidance to the for thermal design of SMPS transformer.
