摘要
以怀化地区农村供电为例,从配网结构、电网运营、农电管理、服务行为四个方面,提出了新农电建设的工作模式,重点对如何完善技术装备、保证电网稳定运营及通过加强管理提高服务质量等进行分析。
Implementation model for new countryside construction is proposed frora 4 aspects including power distribution network structure, power network operation, rural power management and service behavior, and the rural power supply in Huaihua Prefecture is taken as example. Emphasis is given to analysis on how to improve technical equipment, to secure stable operation of the power network and to upgrading service quality through better management.
