摘要
目的研制治疗更年期和老年期妇女的老年性阴道炎的制剂,并对其制备工艺和质量标准加以改进与完善。方法通过对我院几种不同处方的分析比较,确定复方己烯雌酚阴道栓剂处方,并进行制剂工艺和质量标准研究。结果复方己烯雌酚阴道栓的制备工艺和质量标准初步制定。结论该制剂较其它制剂治疗单纯性老年性阴道炎效果较好、价格低廉。
Objective To develop the preparation of compound diethylstilbestrol in order to cure senile vaginitis of climacteric period and gerontic women , and to improve and consummate the production technology and quality standard. Method to select the compound diethylstilbestrol vaginal suppository by comparing different prescription of our hospital ,and research the production technology and quality standard. Results establish the initial compound diethylstilbestrol vaginal suppository of production technology and quality standard. Conclusions The curative effect of the preparation is good and its price is cheap.
