摘要
髋关节重建术中假体的选择与手术效果直接相关,为更好地利用专家的经验,提高选择假体的准确性,开发了髋关节假体优选专家系统,并引入生物力学的快速评价方法作为选择假体的力学准则.基于患者X光片的数据信息,用Matlab和VB语言进行专家库系统的整体模块开发,对力学评价模块采用Matlab与ANSYS中的APDL语言开发.经过力学仿真及分析,得到了几何相似性和力学相似性较高的有限元模型,分析结果与文献结果较为吻合,并据此提出了在专家库系统中选择假体的评价准则.
Selecting prosthesis is an important job in hip replacement and in the past, surgeons did this by matching the patient's standard hip X-rays with the prosthesis model template, relying dominantly on the experience and relevant acknowledge. This type of opting has a great deal of randomness and inaccurate- ness. In order to improve the accuracy, this paper developed a rapid-evaluation expert system based on VB, Matlab language and APDL language in ANSYS software, with which the parameterized finite ele- ment model of femur and the corresponding prosthesis were realized and the stress analysis was acquired. Based on the results of the FEA, the principles of selecting prosthesis with this expert system were put forward.
