摘要
以聚乙二醇(polyethyleneglycol,PEG)为相转移催化剂进行了苯甲醛与苯乙酮的克莱森–施密特(Claisen-Schmidt)缩合反应,并就聚乙二醇用量、聚乙二醇相对分子质量和溶剂种类等影响因素进行了条件实验,在较优化的合成条件下,查耳酮产率可达80%。
The chalcone was synthesized by the Claisen-Schmidt condensation of acetophenone with aromatic aldehydes using the phase transfer catalyst polyethylene glycol (PEG). The influence of some factors, such as the quantity of the catalyst, the molecular weight of PEG and the type of the solvent, on the product yield was investigated. At the optimum experimental conditions, the yield can be 80%.
