摘要
对带导向轮的塔式多绳摩擦提升系统进行防滑分析,推导出3种主要危险工况的防滑核算公式。以某矿改造后的JKM4×4型多绳摩擦提升系统为实例,进行了防滑核算。核算结果表明,选取高摩擦系数衬垫,是多绳摩擦提升的防滑关键。
Antiskid check of tower multiple- rope friction mine hoist with guided wheel under three dangerous cases was analyzed and deducted. After calculating the antiskid check of reconstructed JKM4 × 4 mine hoist, it is concluded that the high friction coefficient of lining is very important.
