摘要
稻种的加工品质在稻米生产和市场流通中十分重要,在分析研究了云南地方稻种资源的营养和外观品质的基础上,继续分析研究加工品质的生态地理分布。从总的趋势看,初步摸清了加工品质包括糙米率和精米率的生态地理分布习性,在云南省亚热带及滇中籼粳交错区、滇南单双季稻区,不仅糙米率和精米率高的资源出现频率多,而且糙米率和精米率相对比较略高于云南的其它地区,但针对加工品质不同的成分和特性还有着各自的分布侧重区域等,其结果可为优异资源挖掘和利用、优质稻育种研究、生产和稻米流通等领域提供参考依据。
An eco-geographical distribution of milling quality of Yunnan rice resources was analyzed after the study on the quality in nutrition and morphology. The results revealed the distribution of the milling quality in subtropical rice zone, Indica-japonica interveined rune and double cropping rice zone of runnan province. In general, the milled rice rate and brown rice rate were relatively high in Yunnan rice resources, and the rates of the resources from the three zones above were higher than that of rest zones in Yunnan, but varied in different components of the milling quality among zones. It might be useful for the elite resource discovery and utilization, breeding, production and marketing of Yunnan rice.
