摘要
本文以苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SIS)为主体聚合物,配以增粘剂、增塑剂、防老剂等研制了一种耐低温的热容压敏胶(HMPSA),实验结果表明,主体聚合物SIS中的二嵌段成分含量越高,所得热熔压敏胶的耐低温性能越好;在增粘树脂中增加一定含量的液体增粘树脂可以有效地提高压敏胶的耐低温性能。通过正交试验,所得耐低温热熔压敏胶各组分的质量比为:SIS∶萜烯树脂∶液体增粘树脂∶脂肪族矿物油∶防老剂=100∶80∶30∶50∶1。
A cold resistant hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive( HMPSA)was prepared by polystyrene- polyisoprene -polystyrene block copolymer (SIS) as base polymer and tackifying resin, plasticizer and antioxidant as main components.The result of experiment showed that the content of diblock in SIS increasing, the performance of cold resistance would be better and adding some liquid tackifying resin can improve the cold resistant performance. The mass ratio of each component obtained by orthogonal test are as follows : SIS : terpene resin : liquid tackifying resin : aliphalic mineral oil: antioxidant = 100: 80: 30: 50:1.
