摘要
对当前图像无损压缩的技术进行深入研究,将一种基于神经网络的感知器技术运用于图像压缩,并将其实现,同时提出将改进的R ICE算法运用于编码技术,通过实验证明了其可行性和实用性。
With the development of the information industry ,image compression technique has been paid more and more attention by people. This dissertation studied lossless compression technique deeply,and utilized one kind of perceptron technology based on neural network to the image compression and implemented it. At the same time, it proposed to utilize the improvement RICE algorithm in the code technology. Its feasibility and the usability have been proven through the experiment.
