摘要
目的 探索手术康复治疗对唇腭裂孤残儿童常见心理的影响。方法 参考心理专业量表，自行设计表格对唇腭裂残疾孤儿手术前后最常见的心理问题进行调查。结果 在2～6岁年龄组内各心理状况无显著性差异；在7～14岁年龄组焦虑、依赖无显著性差异，而自卑感在术前和术后随访中有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论 成功的手术加上积极的心理干预对患儿重建自信心具有积极的作用。
Objective To explore the influence of rehabilitative treatment on common psychological status of disability orphans with chilopalatognathus before and after operation. Methods Disability orphans with chilopalatognathus were investigated on their common psychological problems by self- designed sheet that was referenced psychological measuring scale. Results There was no significant difference in 2～6 year-old group; there was no significant difference in anxious and dependent in 7～14 year-old group, but significant difference existed in inferiority feeling （X^2 = 13.9 8, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Successful operation and positive mental care have positive effects in rebuilding disability orphans＇ self-confidence.
