产菊粉酶酵母菌株的筛选及菌种鉴定 被引量:17

Screening and Identification of Yeast Strains Producing Inulinases

摘要 经过初筛、复筛,得到2株菊粉酶活力较高的酵母菌Y9和Y27,其发酵液酶活分别达到19.4 U/mL和14.1 U/mL,两者胞外菊粉酶分泌较少,主要分布在酵母菌菌体上。通过细胞形态、生理生化特征及Biolog微生物鉴定系统鉴定,将Y9确立为Cryptococcus albidus(浅白隐球酵母),Y27确立为Pichia guilliermondiiA(季也蒙毕赤氏酵母A)。 The yeast strains Y9 and Y27 were screened for their higher production of inulinase. The inulinase activity in the fermentation liquids of the twostrains was measured. The results showed that the enzyme activity was 19.4 U/mL and 14.1 U/mL respectively. The inulinase was distributed within cell mainly, little secreted outside. The two strains were identified as Cryptococcus albidus and Pichia guilliermondiiA respectively by morphology, physiology and the identified system of Biolog.
