摘要 研究了利用中空纤维超滤膜分离菜籽饼粕中蛋白质的可行性。基于超滤机理分析了超滤过程中的操作压力、溶液的温度、质量分数以及pH值等参数对膜通量的影响。在用5%的食盐溶液提取的基础上,通过超滤试验得到最佳工艺条件,操作压力为0.2MPa,溶液的温度、质量分数和pH值分别为40℃、7%和10。最后提出了超滤膜污染的预防及清洗方法。试验结果表明利用中空纤维超滤膜分离菜籽饼粕中蛋白质的方法是可行的。 The possibility of using hollow fiber ultra filtration membrane to separate rapeseed protein from rapeseed meal was indicated. Based on the mechanism of ultra filtration, main factors that affecting the permeate flux, such as concentration temperature and pH of solution and operation pressure were studied. The optimum conditions were supposed to be follows : operating pressure, 0. 2 MPa; temperature, 40℃; solution concentration, 7%; pH, 10 and through experiments based on the extraction of the rapeseed protein by using 5% salt solution. Finally, the fouling and cleaning of the ultra filtration membrane were introduced. The experimental results showed that it is feasible to separate protein from rapeseed meal by using the hollow fiber ultrafilter.
