摘要
目的研究罗布麻茶对心血管系统的生物学效应,为罗布麻的医药应用提供参考依据。方法以新疆罗布泊地区所产罗布麻茶为研究材料,对其降血压、降血脂和延缓衰老的生物学效应进行实验研究。结果罗布麻茶对大鼠高血压动物有显著降血压作用;不同剂量罗布麻茶能抑制食物性高脂血症大鼠模型血清TC、TG、LDL-C的升高及血清HDL-C的降低,其生物学效应具剂量依赖性;延缓衰老作用研究显示,在果蝇生存试验中罗布麻茶科延长果蝇寿命,在小鼠抗氧化试验中罗布麻茶能提高红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活力,降低肝匀浆丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量。结论罗布麻茶具有降血压、降血脂和延缓衰老的生物学活性,可作为心血管类天然保健食品进一步开发利用。
Objective To study the biological effects of Apocynum venetum tea on cardiovascular system for providing a direct research basis on the medical application of Apocynum venetum tea. Methods The biological effects of Apocynum venetum tea on cardiovascular system, including it's blood pressure reduction function, serum lipids decreasing effects, and anti-aging effects were studied. Results Experimental data showed that Apocynum venetum tea attributed to lowering high blood pressure in hypertension rats, to decreasing the serum contents of TC, TG, LDL-C and increasing the serum contents of HDL-C in heperlipidemia rats, and Apocynum venetum tea could prolong the average life span and maximum life span in Drosophila melanogaster, reduce serum MDA content and increase serum SOD activity in mice. Conclusion The data indicates that Apocynum venetum tea is likely to have effects on lowering high blood pressure, regulating blood lipid metabolism and anti-aging, thus owns its great potential to be used as a natural health product for preventing human cardiac and vascular diseases.
