摘要
运用文献资料调研、问卷调查、专家访谈和逻辑分析等方法,对陕西省少儿体校教练员现状进行了研究。结果表明,陕西省少儿体校教练员队伍人员缺乏、学历层次低、职称与年龄梯队结构不合理;对科研认识不足,选材方法落后;对福利待遇满意程度低;对少儿体校运行机制存有不同看法。提出改善少儿体校教练员状况,提高其社会地位以稳固教练员队伍;加强对中青年教练员的培训以提高其训练质量和科研水平;改革少儿体校运行机制,改进教练员激励方法以调动其积极性等。
Through using the method of literature, questionnaire investigation, expert interview and logical analysis ,this paper studies the current situation of coaches in junior sport school in Shaanxi province. The result shows that the main problems existing in junior sport school are lack of coach staff, low education background, irrational professional title and age echelon, poor scientific acknowledge and talent selection method, low satisfaction on welfare. Based on it ,some countermeasures on improve the condition of coach in junior sport school, elevate the social status, strength the training of young coaches in order to improve the training quality and scientific level ,reform the running system of sport school and give full play to the initiative are put forwarded.
