摘要
运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法和文献资料法，对目前体育教师综合能力评价的现状进行分析，结合21世纪体育教育的发展以及教师角色特征的变化，总结出体育教师综合能力评价的内容，包括：教学能力、业余训练能力、科研创新能力、组织管理能力、社会活动能力、掌握运用信息工具能力和思想品德教育能力。
Through questionnaire, expert interview and documentary reference, the paper analyses the current assessment of the comprehensive ability of the P. E, teachers and summarizes the assessment contents in the 21st century on the basis of the development and change of role of the P.E. teachers in the 21st century, ie. , teaching ability, training ability,scientific creativity, organizational ability, sociability, ability to use the informational and the moral education ability.
