摘要
基于Hele-shaw模型,通过有限元数值模拟技术,研究了工艺参数对共注成型制品翘曲变形影响规律,并根据注射成型原理揭示了翘曲变形的产生机理。同时,采用正交试验法得到了共注成型最小翘曲变形的最优工艺参数组合,在优化后工艺组合条件下制品的翘曲变形大约减小了40%。
On the basis of general Hele-Shaw model, the effect of processing parameters on the warpage in co-injection molding and the mechanism of warpage were studied. The optimal combination of technological parameters with mini-warpage had been found out through orthogonal design experimental, with the warpage reduced by 40 % using such parameters.
