摘要
目的研究豆科黄芪属植物蒙古黄芪[Astragalus membranaceus(Fish.)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao]根中的化学成分。方法采用体积分数为80%乙醇提取,硅胶柱色谱分离及重结晶等方法从蒙古黄芪中分离化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果分离并鉴定了17个化合物,其中7个为皂苷类化合物,分别为:黄芪皂苷Ⅳ(ZD1),异黄芪皂苷Ⅱ(ZD2),黄芪皂苷Ⅱ(ZD3),膜荚黄芪皂苷Ⅱ(ZD4),黄芪皂苷Ⅰ(ZD5),乙酰黄芪皂苷Ⅰ(ZD6),异黄芪皂苷Ⅰ(ZD7);2个为异黄烷类化合物,分别为:2′,4′-二甲氧基-3′-羟基异黄烷-6-O-β-葡萄糖苷(ZD10),(3R)-8,2′-二羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基异黄烷(ZD14);2个为紫檀烷类化合物,分别为:(6aR,11aR)9,10-二甲氧基紫檀烷-3-O--βD-葡萄糖苷(ZD11),(6aR,11aR)10-羟基-3,9-二甲氧基紫檀烷(ZD12);4个为异黄酮类化合物,分别为:芒柄花素-7-O--βD-葡萄糖苷(ZD8),芒柄花素-7-O--βD-葡萄糖苷(ZD16),毛蕊异黄酮(ZD13),阿弗罗摩辛(ZD17);其余2个化合物为:β-谷甾醇(ZD9)和胡萝卜苷(ZD15)。结论化合物ZD2,ZD4,ZD6,ZD7,ZD10,ZD14为首次从该种植物中分得。
OBJECTIVE To study the active constituents of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. var. mongholicus ( Bge. ) Hsiao. METHODS Various chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and purify the constituents, their physico-chemical properties and spectral data were determined to elucidate the structures. RESULTS Seventeen compounds were isolated and identified as: astragaloside Ⅳ (ZD1), isoastragaloside Ⅱ(ZD2), astragaloside Ⅱ (ZD3), astramembrannin Ⅱ (ZD4), astragaloside Ⅰ (ZD5), acetylastragaloside Ⅰ( ZD6 ), isoastragaloside Ⅰ(ZD7), formononetin(ZD8), β-sitosterol(ZD9),2' ,4'-Dimethoxy-3'-hydroxy-isoflavan-6- O-β-glucopyranoside(ZD10), (6aR, 11 aR)9, 10-dimethoxypteroca- rpan-3- O-β-D-glueoside ( ZD11 ), (6aR, 11aR ) 3,9-dimethoxy- 10- hydroxypteroc arpan ( ZD12 ), calycosin ( ZD13 ), (3R)8,2'-dihydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxyisoflavan(ZD14), daucosterol (ZD15), formononetin-7- O-β-D- glucoside(ZD16), afrormosin(ZD17 ). CONCLUSION Compound ZD2, ZD4, ZD6, ZD7, ZD10 and ZD14 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
