摘要
目的:建立肛康穆库利片中没食子酸含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Phenomenex ODS柱(5μm, 250mm×4.6mm ID)。流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(5:95);流速为1.0ml/min;柱温为室温;检测波长266nm;进样量5μl。结果:没食子酸在0.0511-0.511μg范围内,其峰面积值与进样量有良好的线性关系,且相关系数良好(r=0.9997);平均回收率为97.73%,(R S D= 1.43%,n=6)。结论:该法专属性强,简便、准确性高、重现性好,可为肛康穆库利片质量标准的制订提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for the determination of gallic acid in GangKangMuKuLi Tablets. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted in which the separation of gallic acid was performed on Phenomenes ODS chromatographic column; the mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid solution(5:95) with a flew rate of 1.0 ml min^-1 and detection wavelength of 266nm. The temperature of column was 25℃. RESULTS: The linear range of gallic acid was 0.0511-0.511 μg(γ=0.9997), the average recovery rate was 97.73% (RSD=1.43, n=6). Conclusion: The method was simple, accurate and repeatable. It is suitable for quality control of this preparation.
