摘要
在学费上涨引起公众普遍担忧的背景下,上个世纪末,美国国会指令了两项大规模的高校成本、价格和学生资助的研究。研究报告确认了高校财务理论框架,澄清了高校成本、价格和学生资助的概念,考察了它们的变化趋势和相互关系,分析了成本和学费提高的原因。美国的研究对我国有启发。
Rising college tuitions created public anxiety in America. The American Congress mandated two big-sale studies of college costs, prices, and student financial aids in late 1990s. The reports of the two studies affirmed the college finance theory framework, clarified the definitions of college costs, prices, and student financial aids. The reports also examined the changing trends of college costs, prices, and student financial aids and their relationships, and analyzed the reasons for rising tuitions and costs. The American studies have valuable enlightenments to China.
