摘要
针对双配重固定半径极坐标方式的砂轮动平衡测控系统,介绍了其内部结构和工作原理;研究和分析了系统的执行机构—平衡头的工作机理;借助电机电势平衡方程式和动力学平衡方程式,给出了系统的建模方法并推导建立了其数学模型;讨论了各部件参数对模型精度的影响,并通过实验证明了模型的正确性和实用性;该模型的建立可以满足多种控制算法的需求,为进一步提高平衡精度和缩短平衡时间提供了保证。
Aims at grinding wheel dynamic balance measurement and control system of double heavy-fixed polar coordinates mode. Its interior makeup and work principium are introduced. Actuator of system-balance head work principium is analyzed. With the help of electromotor electromotive force balance equation and dynamics balance equation, the model method is explained, and its maths model is deduced. Every component parameter to model precision influence is discussed. Experiment proved correctness and practicability of model. The model may fit many control arithmetic. It ensures to more improve balance precision and shorten balance time .
