摘要
目的研究卡波姆凝胶的流变学性质,并考察浓度、型号、温度、电解质、非电解质对卡波姆凝胶流变学特性的影响。方法用旋转式粘度计测定不同浓度、不同型号的卡波姆在25℃不同pH条件下的粘度来考察其流变学性质,并测定在两种温度(25℃和35℃)和加入多种电解质,非电解质条件下卡波姆的粘度,研究浓度、型号、温度、电解质、非电解质对卡波姆流变学特性的影响。结果卡波姆凝胶属塑性流体,浓度、型号、温度、电解质对卡波姆的流变学性质均有影响,其中离子的影响特别大。结论以卡波姆作为辅料时应考虑多方面因素的影响,尤其要考虑离子的影响。
OBJECTIVE The objective of this study is to perform detailed and extensive rheological characterization of carbopol gels by rheometry,the effect of physical and chemical factors on rheology of carbopol gels was also inveatigated. METHODS The viscosities of different kind of carbopol with various pH at the temperature of 25 ℃ were determined by rheometry. Effects of concentration,temperature,electrolyte and noionic compound on rheology of carbopol were investigated by determining the viscosity of carbopol with different pH under different conditions. RESULTS Carbopol gels was proved to be plastic fluid. The concentration, temperature, type and electrolytes can affect the rheological characterization of carbopol, among which the electrolytes influnced the most. CONCLUSION when use carbopol as the supplyment of drugs, many factors that can change the rheological characterization of carbopol should be carefully considered,especially the effect of the electrolytes.
