摘要 厚板切割是精整工序的主要任务之一,主要将轧制大板按要求进行分切、切边、切头尾、取样定尺等。宝钢分公司厚板厂投产后,逐渐暴露出一些切割质量问题,厚度小于50 mm的钢板由剪切线剪切,产生的质量缺陷主要是接痕、毛刺、错刀和塌边等;厚度大于50 mm的钢板由数控切割机切割,产生的质量缺陷主要是火焰割伤和熔渣等。切割质量缺陷使生产成本增高,影响合同的完成率,最终影响用户的使用。文章结合厚板厂的生产实际,简要分析了影响厚板切割质量的主要因素,并分别提出了相应的解决办法,为提高厚板切割质量提供了有效途径。 Heavy plate cutting is one of the important tasks in the finishing procedure. It mainly includes pre - dividing cuts, side cuts, top and bottom crops, sample taken, etc. , and then the right size of plates can be obtained. Since Baosteel Heavy Plate's mill was put into production, there have been many problems about the cutting quality, which can be classified into two parts. A piece of plate with thickness lower than 50 mm is usually cut by the shearing line, and its quality problems could be cutting trace,burr,missed cutting line and border fall down. A piece of plate more than 50 mm thick is cut by the NC cutting line. Quality problems occurring on the NC cutting line include flame cutting defects and fused slag. It would cost a great deal to retreat those plates with quality problems. It would also delay the schedule of orders, and finally would make customers no longer use the product. Main factors that affect the cutting quality are analyzed briefly, and corresponding methods to solve these problems are put forward in combination with the production in the Heavy Plate Mill. All these provide effective approaches for improvement of the plate' s cutting quality.
