摘要
用PCR-RFLP和PCR-SSLP分别确定CTLA-4基因第1外显子49位点基因型和第4外显子3’末端AT重复序列的基因型,分析广东汉族120例Graves病患者及123名正常对照组CTLA-4基因多态性。结果显示CTLA-4基因外显子1 A49G及外显子4(AT)n多态性与广东汉族人GD不相关。
PCR-RFLP and PCR-SSLP were applied to study the polymorphisms of exon 1 A49G and exon 4 （AT）n in CTLA-4 gene in 120 unrelated patients with Graves＇ disease （GD） from Han nationality of southern China and 123 controls, This study suggests that CTLA-4 gene exon 1 A49G and exon 4 （AT） n polymorphisms are not related to GD in southern Chinese Hart population.
