摘要
目的分析不同根管弯曲度测量法的几何原理。方法利用平面几何、立体几何、解析几何以及分形几何学原理与方法,对7种根管弯曲度测量法进行剖析。结果每一种测量法在测量过程中都对根管长轴真实曲线做了不同程度的简化与理想化处理,从数学角度推断了各测量步骤及测量参数所包含的几何意义。结论不同根管弯曲度测量法的研究侧重点与观察尺度不尽相同,因而其适用范围亦不同。
AIM:To analyse the geometric principles of different measurements of root canal curvature. METHODS: Euclid geometry,analytic geometry,fratal geometry were applied to analyse the seven kinds of root canal curvature. RESULTS : In the measuring process of each method it was found that the curves of the canal axes had been treated by certain degree of simplification and idealization. The geometrical mean under each measuring step and each parameter were explained by view of the mathematics. CONCLUSIONS : Each method could be a useful tool depending on the different measuring scale and different studying purpose.
