摘要
目的应用实时三维超声心动图研究正常人二尖瓣环立体构形在心动周期中的变化。方法采用实时三维超声心动图对12名正常人心脏进行实时三维成像,并应用TomTec公司的三维软件加以分析。结果二尖瓣环面积在心动周期中不断发生变化。最大二尖瓣环面积指数发生于舒张晚期,最小二尖瓣环面积指数发生于收缩中期。在整个心动周期中二尖瓣环持续呈“马鞍形”,二尖瓣环于收缩期较舒张期平坦。其形态于收缩期较舒张期更为椭圆。结论二尖瓣环的立体构型在心动周期中是不断变化的,这种变化有助于维持正常的二尖瓣生理功能。
Objective Real time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE) was used to investigate mitral annular shape changes during the cardiac cycle in the normal people. Methods In 12 normal subjects ,cardiac RT-3DE was performed. The three-dimensional images were analysed with TomTec 4D Cardio-View analysis software. Results The mitral annular area were changed throughout the cardiac cycle. The mitral annular area index was increased in diastole, to a maximum in late diastole and decreased to a minimum in mid-systole. The mitral annulus kept saddle-like shape during the cardiac cycle. The mitral annulus was more planar and elliptical in systole than in diastole. Conclusions The mitral annular shape changes during the cardiac cycle. This kind of changes is helpful to maintain normal mitral valve function.
