摘要
利用国产原料制备了压延取向粘结铁氧体磁体。采用塑料邵氏硬度实验方法和塑料拉伸实验方法对粘结磁体的硬度、抗拉强度和伸长率进行了测试,用DGY-2型多功能永磁测量仪测量了磁体的磁性能,并用扫描电镜对磁粉颗粒及粘结磁体拉伸断口形貌进行观察研究。结果表明,所制备的各向同性和各向异性粘结磁体分别达到或超过国际标准中牌号Hardferrite7/18p和Hardferrite9/17p的性能水平。为了生产出高性能的铁氧体粘结磁体,国产磁粉的细磨工艺还需进一步改进。
Bonded hard ferrite magnets were prepared by rolling process using domestic material. The hardness and tensile test and magnetic properties measurement were performed, and morphology of magnetic powder and tensile fractography of rolled magnet are observed by scanning electron microscopy, The results show that the isotropic and anisotropic rolled magnets reach or surpass that of hard ferrite 7/18p and 9/17p of international standard. In order to obtain high quality rolled hard ferrite magnets, it is necessary to improve the fine grinding of magnetic powder.
