摘要
转移性骨肿瘤被认为是癌相关性疼痛中最普遍的原因,由于癌性骨痛的机制不明,故其得不到很好的控制。近年来,股骨、肱骨、跟骨和胫骨癌痛动物模型的成功建立,深化了认识人类癌性骨痛的产生和发展机制,为进一步探索治疗此类痛症提供了努力方向,本文就癌性骨痛动物模型种类。病理机制及目前主要的治疗手段等方面所取得的进展进行了综述。
Metastatic bone tumors are thought to be the most common cause of cancer related pain, and cancer-induced bone pain cannot be well controlled because its underlying mechanisms are not clear. Recently, many animal models of cancer-induced bone pain have been successfully developed The advances in animal model kinds, pathological mechanism and medical therapy of cancer-induced bone pain were reviewed.
