参七虫草胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病模型大鼠肺功能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的制备大鼠慢性阻塞性疾病(COPD)模型,探讨参七虫草胶囊对其肺功能的影响。方法采用烟熏加脂多糖气管滴入方法制作大鼠COPD模型,分别给药,观察各组大鼠肺功能的改变情况。结果模型组与空白组比较,第0.3秒用力呼气容积与用力呼气容积的百分比(FEV0.3/FVC)、最大呼气中段流量(MMF)、最大通气量(MVV)、峰值呼气流量(PEF)、用力中期呼气流速(FEF25~75)均降低,组间差异显著;参七组、金水宝组FEV0.3/FVC、MMF、MVV、PEF与模型组比较差异显著。参七组与金水宝组比较,MVV、PEF差异显著。结论参七虫草胶囊能延缓COPD模型大鼠肺功能的下降。 Objective:To establish the rat model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(copd) and to investigate Influence of Shenqichongcao Capsule (参七虫草胶囊 ) on rat lung function.Methods:Model of COPD was developed by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide and exposure to cigarette smoke.Then Shenqichongcao Capsule were given and the change of lung function were measured and observed.Results:The ratio of forced expiratory volume at 0.3 second and forced vital capacity (FEV0.3/FVC),maximal volume ventilation (MVV),peak expiratory flow (PEF),maximal midexpiratory flow(MMF) decreased in the model group compared with that in the normal group with a significant difference.The difference between medicine group and model group was significant in FEV0.3/FVC, MMF, MVV, PEF.The difference between Shenqichongcao Capsule group and Jinshuibao Capsule(金水宝胶囊 ) group was significant in MVV,PEF.Conclusion:The Shenqichongcao Capsule capsule can delay the lung hypofunction of the rat with copd model.
