摘要
针对难加工材料干式切削的加工质量问题,将正交试验法和可靠性评估理论相结合,提出了难加工材料干式切削参数的优化及其加工质量可靠性的评估方法,初步探讨了加工表面原始粗糙度和加工后表面粗糙度的关系。试验证明:该方法能够保证特殊难加工材料的切削质量和切削参数优选值的可靠性,与加工表面原始粗糙度有交互作用的因素对工件表面粗糙度的影响较小,对加工具有指导意义。
Pointing to the machining quality problem of hard-to-machine materials' dry cutting, the general method to optimize the cutting parameter of hard-to-machine material and evaluate its reliability of machining quality are presented by using the orthogonal experiment method and reliability theory. The relationship between the raw surface and the machined surface is researched. The experiments show that this method can ensure the cutting quality of special hard-to-machine materials and the reliability of optimized parameters, and the machined surface quality is related little with the interaction of the raw surface. The conclusion is useful in the field of machine-driven industry.
