摘要
以刺葡萄种子为原料,采用单因素试验和正交试验设计,研究了超临界CO2萃取刺葡萄籽油的工艺,并用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对刺葡萄籽油的化学成分进行了分析.结果表明,超临界CO2萃取刺葡萄籽油的适宜工艺条件为:种子粉碎粒径0.40~0.53mm,萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度35℃,分离温度55℃,分离压力12MPa,在此条件下油脂萃取率为13.5%.GC/MS分析显示,刺葡萄籽油成分以脂肪酸为主,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量占87%,不饱和脂肪酸主要以亚油酸为主,含量为82.32%;饱和脂肪酸主要为硬脂酸和棕榈酸,相对含量分别为9.03%,3.26%.
Grape (Vitis davidii Foeex.) seed was taken as the experimental material, the extraction process was studied using single factor and orthogonal experiment design. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was used for the determination of the composition of the oil. The results showed that, the optimal oil extract process with supercritical CO2 from the seed of grape (Vitis davidii Foeex.) as follow: the particle size was 0.40-0.53 mm, the extraction pressure was 30 MPa, the extraction temperature was 35℃, the separation temperature was 55℃ and the separation pressure was 12 MPa. Under this condition, the extraction yield was 13.5%. The composition of the grape (Vitis davidii Foeex.) seed oil was particularly rich in unsaturated fatty acids (87%), particularly linoleic acid (82.32%), the oil also contained some saturated fatty acids, they were stearic acid (9.03%) and palmitic acid (3.26%).
