摘要
提出了一种改进满意度函数的方法来解决质量工程中的三响应试验设计优化问题。该方法考虑了各个响应变量的方差、相关性,弥补了传统的满意度函数法的不足。为了验证该方法的可行性,本文利用改进的满意度函数,结合RSM,对UHT纯牛奶的瞬时超高温杀菌(UHT)的工艺参数进行优化,建立了关于d值的二次多项数学模型,验证了模型的有效性,得到UHT奶杀菌的最佳工艺参数:杀菌温度136℃,杀菌时间3s。
This paper proposed a method with an improved desirability functions to solve three response optimization problems in quality engineering. The method took into consideration not only the effect of variance of three response variahles, but also their correlations among three response variables,so that the deficiency of the desirabilities functions were made up. To prove its feasibility, the technologcial conditions of the ultra high temperature short time sterilized was optimized by the method ,which combines the desirability functions improved and the response surface methodology, a second order quadratic equation for d value was built ,and then the adequacy of the model equation for predicting the optimum response values was verified effectively by the validation data. The results showed that the optimum technologcial conditions were as follows: sterilizing temperature 136℃, sterilizing time 3s.
