摘要
内分泌治疗是目前前列腺癌的主要治疗方法。然而，在经过中位时间18～24个月之后，大多数患者常转为激素难治性前列腺癌（HRPC）。随着对前列腺癌发病机制及化疗药物作用机理的不断认识，目前化疗已经成为HRPC的主要治疗方法。本文将就这方面的进展作一综述。
