摘要
概述了COWS(Crude Oil Washing System)清罐技术的工艺特点及其清洗技术原理。介绍了COWS清罐装置在涠洲终端处理厂清洗5×104m3原油储罐的应用情况,并对其在施工过程中出现的问题进行了分析和总结。实际清洗效果表明,COWS清罐技术不仅可以全方位清洗油罐,将98％的有机沉积物经过喷射、击碎、溶解,完全复原成标准的原油,而且实现了安全、健康、环保和快速式清洗。
This paper describes the process characteristics and washing principle of Crude Oil Washing System technology (COWS),introduces its application in 50 000 m3 oil tank of Weizhou Terminal Treatment Yard and analyzes the technical issues existed in the washing operation. The washing result shows that this technology not.only by all means washes oil tank (98% organic deposition is recovered to standard crude oil based on jetting, disintegration and resolution), but also meets the needs of safety, health and environmental protection with time-saving way.
