摘要
本文通过对现代远程高等教育质量观的探析，从主观和客观两方面分析影响现代远程教育质量的要素，并对英国、美国及印度等国的教育质量保障制度进行研究，总结出我国现代远程高等教育质量面临的问题及应对政策．
Based on analysis of quality view of modern distance higher education, the article analyzed elements of influencing the quality of modern distance education from subjective and objective aspects, studied the quality assuranle system of education in England, America and Indian, and summarized problems faced by modem distance higher education in China and the responsive policy.
