摘要
采用苯酐-尿素路线合成了八羧基钴酞菁(CoPc)和十二羧基双核钴酞菁(Co2Pc2),并对其进行了红外光谱表征。将两种金属酞菁负载到改性纤维素纤维上,制备得到功能纤维。实验结果表明,在室温条件下,两种功能纤维均能有效去除甲硫醇和氨气,同时双核钴酞菁对催化甲硫醇有较高的活性,而单核钴对中和消除氨气的效果较好。
In this paper, mononuclear (CoPc) and binuclear cobalt phthalocyanines (Co2Pc2 ) are synthesized by phenylanhydide-urea route and characterized by FT-IR. CoPc and Co2Pc2 are loaded on cellulose fibers to obtain two different functional cellulose fibers. The catalytic oxidation activity of these two functional fibers on methanthiol and ammonia is measured at room temperature. The experimental results reveal that the binuclear cobalt phthalocyanines have higher catalytic oxidation activity on methanthiol while the mononuclear cobalt phthalocyanines have been higher on ammonia.
