摘要
通过三维人体扫描仪测量以及手工测量的方法测得两组人体数据,利用最小二乘法对两组数据进行曲线拟合,对它们之间的关系进行分析研究。得出服装纸样制作中常用对应部位两组数据之间的映射关系,并且对结果进行曲线拟合优度验证,结果显示:所研究的各部位两组数据之间映射的准确率在97.25%以上,表明本文模型的有效性,为直接根据三维扫描仪测量数据制作样板提供依据;并得出各部位模型的排序,根据准确率由高到低依次为:颈椎点高、臀围、腰高、臂长、胸围、腰围、肩宽、背长。
Two groups of data are acquired by 3D body scanner and manual measurement. To analyze and research the relationship between the two groups of data, curve fitting method based on the least-square principle is used. The mapping relationship between the two groups of data of the body parts which is commonly used in pattern design is acquired. By checking the curve goodness of fit, the precision rates of the body parts are got and they are above 97.25%, which indicates the models are reasonable. So the models can be regarded as the base of patterning using extracted data straightly. According to the precision from high to low, the body parts array is as follows: neck back height, hips girth, waist height, arm length, bust girth, waist girth, shoulder width and back length.
