摘要
目的：建立云南红豆杉枝叶中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法，测定波长为501nm。结果：总黄酮检测浓度在0.212～1.272mg／ml范围内与吸收度线性关系良好（r=0．9995），平均加样回收率为96．44％（RSD=1．54％）。结论：本方法用于云南红豆杉枝叶中总黄酮的含量测定，结果准确、可靠、稳定。
OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the assaying of total flavonoids in taxus from Yunnan province .METHODS： The assaying was performed by spectrophotometric method with a wavelength at 501nm. RESULTS： The linear detection concentration range of total flavonoids was 0.212～1.272mg/ ml（ r = 0.9 995）, with average recovery at 96.44% （RSD = 1.54% ） .CONCLUSIONS： Accurate, reliable and stable results can be achieved by this assaying method of total flavonoids in taxus from Yunnan province.
