提高非洲菊试管苗叶片再生频率的研究 被引量:11

摘要 以213品种试管苗叶片为外植体,于培养基中添加一定浓度的硝酸银溶液后,其品种的分化频率有较大提高,但以0.5~2.0mg/L处理较为适宜。在该浓度范围内,对该品种不同苗龄的外植体进行4种不同方式的处理(D、Z、S、B),发现21d的试管苗以S法接入最好,分化频率可以维持在75%,比对照提高了近2.4倍。 In the experiment leaves of shoots in vitro of 213 were taken as explants. The polarization rates of 213 increased greatly when certain concentration of AgNO3 was added to medium, and it was the best when the concentration of AgNO3 was between 0.5 mg/L and 2.0 mg/L. When different ages of explants, which grew within the trial concentration range, were treated with four methods (D, Z, S and B), it was found that method S was the best for 21 day shoots of Gerbera, the polarization rate remained at 75% and 2.4 times more than that of the control.
