摘要
对信息化建设的评价是一个新课题。尽管目前中国企业的信息化建设如火如荼,但无论在理论研究领域还是在信息化具体工作中,都缺乏非常实用、有效的企业信息化评价体系。本文介绍了企业信息化建设评价的几种主要理论和方法,提出了“信息化项目的三维综合评价”方法,力求帮助企业从正确认识信息化建设的重要性及可行性,到通过正确理论和工具进行经济效益的理性分析。
The evaluation of informationization construction of the enterprises is a new topic. Although the informationization construction of companies in china are progressing greatly, it is lack of very practical and effective enterprise evaluation system both theoretical research and specific work in the field of information technology.
This thesis introduced several major evaluation theory and methods of enterprise＇s informationization construction , and proposed the three-dimensional integrated evaluation methods in information technology project to help enterprises to understand the importance and informationization construction feasibility and to have analysis rationally to economy benefit by correct theory and tools.
