摘要
基于图像的鞋帮面自动缝制系统采用DXF文件格式作为接口,首先根据NURBS曲线在DXF图形文件中的结构形式,提取有效的位置信息来构造NURBS曲线的参数方程,然后用一种实用的圆弧逼近方法将NURB曲线离散成圆弧,最后将圆弧偏置一定的值来生成缝针的缝制轨迹。
Computer aided automatic sewing system for shoe uppers based on image uses DXF file as the interface file. A method for building the parameter equation of the NURBS curve is presented by extracting the position information according to NURBS curve structure format in DXF file. Then an algorithm is provided for approximating the NURBS curve by a sequence of arcs, and the sewing path is produced by offsetting the arcs with a certain distance.
