摘要
计算机网络技术飞速发展,高校人事管理工作需趁势而上。文章从人事信息管理的角度阐述了高校人事管理信息化建设的任务、策略、思路和措施,以此推进人事工作的“轻松管理”,确立“服务第一”的理念。
Personal management at universities needs to take advantage of the development of computer technology. From the angle of personnel information management, the article elaborates the task, strategy, measure for the establishment of information-based personnel management at universities, so as to push forward the personnel work with the principle of "relaxed management" and "service first".
