摘要
随着煤粉锅炉向大容量高参数发展,燃煤炉再热器爆管现象的发生日趋频繁,甚至影响到锅炉运行的安全性与经济性。对煤粉炉再热器的爆管问题,本文从常见的爆管现象、原因等方面进行了深入探讨,并提出相应预防爆管的措施和建议,以便对再热器设备以及锅炉的正常安全运行提供更好的保证。
Along with coal- fired boiler developing to large capacities and high parameters, the pipe burst of reheater is found so frequently, even affectes security and the efficiency of the boiler operation. Based on the pipe burst question of reheater, this article thoroughly discusses several aspects of the common pipe burst phenomenon, the reasons that lead pipe burst, and proposes corresponding preventive measures and suggestions, in order to provide a better guarantee for the reheater equipment and boiler normal and safe operation.
