摘要
通过AZ61A镁合金镦粗压缩实验,对试样断面的显微组织进行了分析。室温下镦粗压缩时的显微组织滑移线密度较大,甚至出现明显的滑移纹路和宏观断裂裂纹组织,塑性很差;在300℃的加热温度下组织中发现一些车加工刀痕上有横向裂纹的萌生和扩大,而绝大多数的刀痕上并未萌生的裂纹;400℃下组织中发现在车加工刀痕上有较多的横向裂纹的萌生和扩大;而在500℃下的显微组织虽然产生的裂纹源少但裂纹源扩展非常快。通过比较可知,在300℃时塑性较之其他温度要好得多。
After compression experiment of Mg Alloy AZ61A,analysis on microstructure of sample tracture indicates bigger density of sliding line,even visible slippage lines and macroscopic crack with poor plasticity,crack in landscape orientation occured and expanded in turning trace under a heating of 300℃ and more occured under a heating of 400℃,rapid expanding under a heating of 500℃ though with less crack resources.Comparison has shown that plasticity was better under a heating of 300℃ than under other temperature.
