摘要
用直流碳弧法制备碳包铁纳米粒子,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)等分析手段对粒子的成分、形貌等进行表征;在氮气气氛中对粒子进行退火处理,对其形成机理进行了初步的探讨。结果表明:制备的粒子中含有α-Fe相和石墨相,没有铁的氧化物,纳米粒子的尺寸大小在5~50nm范围。铁粒子在碳层的保护下有很好的抗氧化能力。
The carbon - coated iron nanoparticles were produced by using DC carbon arc discharge method and characterized by transmission electron microscopy and X - ray diffraction (XRD) . The samples were annealed at different temperatures under nitrogen atmosphere. The growth mechanism of the encapsulated iron nanoparticles was discussed. The results show that the samples contain α - Fe and graphite and no iron oxide appears. The size of the carbon - coated iron nanoparticles is typically in the range 5 ~ 50 mnt Due to the protection of the carbon layers, the oxidation resistance of the carbon - coated iron nanoparticles is increased.
