摘要
针对钻柱沿井深和井眼圆周方向与井壁的随机接触碰撞问题,利用ADAMS和ANSYS软件对其进行动态仿真分析,模拟了钻柱在井眼中与井壁由不接触到接触及其接触位置变化的全过程,得到了接触区域的具体位置以及接触力的大小。为实钻时,防止钻柱磨损和对钻柱寿命的预测提供了依据,对钻柱的结构设计以及钻柱力学的研究具有一定指导意义,本方法适用性强也可应用于定向井、大位移井等同类问题的研究。
By considering the random contact and impact between drill stem and well wall for arbitrary depths and directions, ADAMS & ANSYS software are used to simulate dynamically the contact between drill stem and well wall. This method displays the whole process of the contact between drill stem and well wall, and gives contact points and contact forces. It provides a reliable and practical aid for the design of drill stem construction and prediction of mechanical wear and lifetime of the drill stem. The method presented in this paper may also be adapted to the analysis of other types of system including directional well drilling and extended reach well drilling.
