摘要
在纤维素三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)(Ch iralcel OD-H)手性柱上对联二萘酚、联二萘酚胺和联二萘胺对映体的分离作了研究,分别考察了在流动相正己烷中,不同的醇类添加剂及醇类添加剂的浓度以及温度对手性分离的影响,当流动相为正己烷-正丁醇(90∶10,V/V),流速0.5 mL/m in,温度25℃时,联二萘酚、联二萘酚胺和联二萘胺对映体在Ch iralcel OD-H柱上的分离度Rs分别为2.27、2.40和9.28。研究了空间立体结构因素对手性分离的影响,在此基础上对其手性识别机理进行探讨。
Cellulose and its derivatives are often used as stationary phases for the separation of enantiomers. Describing the mechanism of such separations is a difficult task due to the complexity of these stationary phases. In this study, the separation of 2,2'-dihydroxy-1, 1'-binaphthyl and 2-amino-2'-hydroxy-1, 1'-binaphthyl and 2,2'-diamine-1,1 '-binaphthyl was studied on Chiralcel OD-H chiral columns. The influence of the structures of the analytes on the chiral separation was investigated. The mobile phase composition including the concentration and type of the alcohol modifiers in hexane, the temperature, the influence on the retention factor (k') for each enantiomer, the separation factor (α) and the resolution (Rs) were studied. 2,2'- Dihydroxy-1,1 '-binaphthyl and 2-amino-2'-hydroxy-1,1 '-binaphthyl and 2,2'-diamine-1 , 1 '-binaphthyl can be baseline separated on Chiralcel OD-H using hexane-n-butanol(90: 10, V/V) as eluent at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min and at 25℃. The chiral recognition mechanism were discussed. The hydrogen-bonding interation between solute and Chiralcel OD-H may be the predominant factor for the chiral recognition.
