摘要
介绍了金陵分公司600kt／a连续重整装置工艺设备和管道的腐蚀情况,对出现的腐蚀类型进行了分析。对重整装置各系统(重整系统、催化剂再生系统、芳烃抽提及分离系统)工艺设备的腐蚀原因、腐蚀机理进行了详细的阐述和分析,并提出了防护措施。
Corrosion condition on process equipment and pipe of 600kt/a CCR unit in SIMOPEC Jinling Branch is introduced. The presented corrosion classification is analyzed. The corrosion cause and corrosion mechanism in each CCR systems (such as reforming system, catalyst regenerator system,aromatic extraction and separating system) are elaborated and analyzed. The protection measures are put forward in this article
