摘要
研究了偶联剂Si69/白炭黑/炭黑体系对苯乙烯/丁二烯/异戊二烯三元橡胶(SIBR)的硫化特性、物理机械性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,Si69在SIBR胶料中的最佳用量为白炭黑用量的8%~10%;随着白炭黑用量的增加,橡胶的滚动阻力下降,白炭黑与炭黑用量在20/25(质量比)左右,橡胶的综合性能达到最佳。
The influence of coupling agent Si69/silica/carbon black system on the vulcanizing characteristic,mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of SIBR (styrene- isoprene- butadiene) was investigated. The results showed that the optimum mass ratio of Si69/silica was 8% - 1096 ;The rolling resistance decreased as the silica proportion in the silica/carbon black system increased,synthetic properties of SIBR were better at the mass ratio of silica/carbon black was 20/25.
